Acceptable Use & What We Sell

Naylors ark, trading as Naylor’s Ark Soul Sanctuary, is an animal rescue and sanctuary in the United Kingdom operating under holding number 46/327/7111. We sell two things online: a recurring Sponsor Membership and tickets for in-person visit sessions at the sanctuary. We do not sell physical goods, and we do not solicit open-ended charitable donations through this website.

Sponsor Membership is a monthly paid subscription, not a donation. Members choose a named sanctuary animal and a monthly amount, and in exchange receive a defined package of digital content: a monthly sanctuary news update covering the animals in our care, and, at £2.50 per month and above, a personalised monthly video of their chosen animal recorded by our team. Membership is delivered digitally to the email address and supporter account used at checkout.

Membership renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the supporter area. No part of the payment is treated as a gift, and we do not issue charitable gift receipts or claim tax relief on memberships.

Visit bookings are paid tickets for a scheduled, supervised session at the sanctuary, hosted by a trained volunteer during their confirmed availability. Sessions include guided animal feeding and, where offered, lamb grooming. Each session has a fixed date, time, and capacity, and every attendee must complete a waiver and activity risk acknowledgement before taking part. The customer receives a booked, dated place at that session — this is a service delivered in person, not a donation or raffle entry.

Payments fund the direct running costs of the sanctuary: veterinary care and medicines, feed, bedding, fencing and shelter maintenance, insurance, and the costs of producing member content and hosting supervised visits. Funds are not used for political activity, resale of goods, investment products, lending, or any activity outside sanctuary operations.

All visit bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is paid, no refund is issued if you cancel, cannot attend, or do not arrive on the day — please check the date, time and party size carefully before paying. If we cancel a visit for welfare, weather, staffing or safety reasons, we will offer a replacement date and, where none can be agreed, review a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Membership cancellation stops future renewals and benefits continue to the end of the paid month; payments already taken are not refunded. Full detail is on our Refund Policy page. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We do not sell alcohol, tobacco, weapons, live animals, pharmaceuticals, adult content, gambling or prize draws, financial or investment products, cryptocurrency, or any regulated or age-restricted item. We do not operate a marketplace and do not process payments on behalf of third parties. Customers must not use our service unlawfully, commit fraud, attempt chargeback abuse, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the security of the site.
