Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and Naylors ark, trading as Naylor’s Ark Soul Sanctuary (“we”, “us”). By continuing to use this service, creating an account, booking or joining a membership, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a responsible adult act for you.

We provide sanctuary visit bookings, volunteer and supporter accounts, activity waivers and a recurring monthly Sponsor Membership. Membership is a paid subscription that provides sanctuary news updates and, from £2.50 a month, a personalised monthly video of a chosen animal. Membership is not a charitable donation and no part of it is treated as a gift. Visits remain subject to animal welfare, weather, staffing and safety requirements. We may reschedule or cancel where necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Information about animals and visit availability may change.

Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; upload malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the service; impersonate another person; or bypass technical restrictions.

Visit bookings are charged per person. Sponsor Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage invoices, payment details, membership tier and cancellation from your supporter area. Amount changes are applied immediately and may include a prorated adjustment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Naylor’s Ark Soul Sanctuary is the seller for all bookings and memberships. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Customer service, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by the sanctuary under our Refund Policy.

Naylors ark retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, sanctuary branding and original content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or copy protected materials except where law permits.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Records may be retained where required for safety, financial, welfare or legal obligations.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction.
