Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of an order or recurring payment. This does not affect any additional rights you have under UK consumer law.

You can cancel a paid visit from your supporter area for a full refund when the visit is at least 48 hours away. If it is closer than 48 hours, contact the sanctuary so we can review the circumstances. If we cancel a visit, you may choose a suitable replacement date or receive a refund.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your supporter area. Cancellation stops future renewals and your member benefits continue until the current paid month ends. A refund request for a recent membership payment can still be made within the 14-day period.

Cancel a booking from your supporter area at least 48 hours before the visit and the refund is issued automatically. For anything else, contact Naylor’s Ark Soul Sanctuary with the email address used at checkout and your transaction or booking reference.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or card provider.
