Refund Policy

All visit bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is made and paid, no refund is issued if you cancel, cannot attend, or do not arrive on the day. This applies to every session type, including General Visits, Bottle Feeding Experiences, lamb grooming, family sessions and Home Education sessions. Please check the date, time and party size carefully before you pay.

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to cancel from your supporter area so your places are released for others — but no refund is given. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

If Naylor’s Ark cancels a session for welfare, weather, staffing or safety reasons, we will offer you a suitable replacement date. Where no suitable replacement can be agreed, we will review a refund as a gesture of goodwill.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your supporter area. Cancellation stops future renewals and your member benefits continue until the current paid month ends. Payments already taken are not refunded.
